As part of this office remodel, one of the most impactful changes was transforming an open office area into a dedicated conference room. The goal was to create a professional space for client meetings and team collaboration while maintaining the warm, western-inspired character carried throughout the rest of the office.

Creating a conference room within an existing open floor plan required a thoughtful balance between privacy and openness. By reworking the layout, we were able to add a functional meeting space without disrupting the welcoming flow of the office.

A glass wall was installed to define the conference room while preserving natural light and sightlines throughout the space. Rather than creating a closed-off environment, the transparency keeps the office feeling bright, connected, and inviting.

To emphasize the room's clean architectural lines, a linear light fixture was centered directly above the conference table. This simple yet impactful design element helps anchor the room while providing ample lighting for meetings and presentations.

A focal point within the room is the accent wall painted in Benjamin Moore Mysterious. The deep, rich color adds sophistication, depth, and visual interest while reinforcing the warm, western-inspired palette that defines the office. The material selections were carefully chosen to complement the overall office design. New carpeting was installed to coordinate with the blue accents featured throughout the space, creating continuity from one area of the office to the next.

The finished conference room feels professional yet approachable a space designed for productive conversations, client presentations, and team collaboration, all while staying true to the character and vision of the overall office remodel.
