There’s something exciting about designing a space, especially when it’s a commercial project designed to reflect both the company’s culture and the people who walk through the doors every day. We recently had the opportunity to renovate an entire office space for a client, including six private offices, a reception area, conference room, and kitchen, all designed with warmth, functionality, and personality in mind.

From the beginning, the client envisioned a western-inspired office that felt welcoming and elevated, with rich leathers, warm woods, natural textures, and plenty of natural light. The goal was to create an environment that felt professional without feeling cold or corporate.

The reception area immediately sets the tone for the entire office. One of the standout features is the Akupanel wood slat accent wall, which adds warmth, texture, and architectural interest the moment you enter the space. Paired with the deep richness of Benjamin Moore Mysterious on the walls, the reception area feels grounded, bold, and inviting.

A custom coffee bar was also incorporated into the reception space, creating a welcoming experience for both employees and guests. Functional details like this help make the office feel more hospitality-driven and comfortable for everyday use.

Throughout the office, the balance of woods, leathers, soft lighting, and natural materials creates an atmosphere that feels cohesive and approachable. Every room was designed to feel connected while still serving its own purpose, whether it’s collaboration in the conference room or focus and productivity within the private offices.

To complete the space, a custom acrylic sign from Alpha Graphics was installed, adding a polished and professional focal point that ties directly into the company’s branding. Blue accents were thoughtfully layered throughout the design to complement the company logo, adding contrast while still fitting naturally within the palette.

This is just the beginning of the transformation, and we’re excited to share more of the space over the next couple of weeks. From custom details to finished styling moments, follow along as we continue showcasing this warm and welcoming office renovation
