Here at Rooms By Leah, we believe that even the most functional spaces in your home deserve beautiful, thoughtful design. This recent refresh brings fresh energy and refined simplicity to two of the most used, but often overlooked rooms, the bathroom and laundry room.
Deep navy cabinetry anchors the room and gives it an unexpected sophistication. From overhead cabinets to a custom storage nook with a hanging rod and built-in folding surface, every inch was designed for hardworking functionality.
The white quartz countertop gives a practical and durable work surface. We love how the paneled sliding barn door adds both farmhouse charm and space-saving convenience. This refresh turns everyday routines into something a little more enjoyable.
And now for a little before and after of the next part of this project.
After

The bathroom redesign combines soft elegance with crisp functionality. Warm, neutral tones keep the space feeling calm and timeless, while the mix of finishes adds subtle interest.
The double vanity provides generous storage with shaker-style cabinetry and polished nickel hardware, paired with a bright quartz countertop for a seamless, clean look. Sleek mirrors framed lend a touch of modern edge, perfectly balanced by the lighting overhead.
Before

To transform this space we wanted to start with a fresh color palette, new countertop, flooring, shower tile, and paint would get the job done. You'll also notice the bath/shower space also now goes from floor to ceiling, the whole cut out ceiling was removed to open up this space.
Swapping the old for something crisp and clean really brightened up the space. The finished product is perfect for morning routines or winding down at night.
With elevated finishes, smart storage, and a clean palette, these spaces prove that utility can be just as stylish as luxury. It show that a little refresh can really change a space.
