Playing with Color

Don't you just love a splash of color? Take this bathroom for example, we tend to keep things simple, but why? This wallpaper adds that bit of fun to an otherwise lacking space.

This is not the first time we have talked about being adventurous with colors and styles. We just love this client's eye for flair! There is no fear of color or texture here!

Textures, colors, and varying styles give the home character and shows off the owner's personality. It also catches your eye and gives a room focus.

Like we always say, do what you are comfortable with! If going bold is a little too much for you, start small. Then add pieces as you are comfortable.

Another easy swap to add flair to a room, light fixtures! A fun, funky, or modern light fixture can transform a room from above! This client loves her light fixtures, finding the perfect one for he space.

Here is a tip for those of you who don't want to take the plunge, take a friend with you when you go shopping. Having another person to bounce ideas off of and reassuring you that the piece of art would look good in that room, and you should definitely buy it. Having another opinion or style preference can do wonders!
