There’s nothing quite as exciting as watching a full-home renovation come to life. We believe that every surface, every detail, and every design decision should work together to create a cohesive, elevated living experience. And in this stunning home currently under construction, that vision is taking shape one layer at a time.

The kitchen cabinetry has been installed in a beautiful sage green hue—subtle, earthy, and timeless. Paired with a natural wood island still in progress, this space will offer a soft contrast between painted and raw finishes that feels grounded and inviting.

Overhead, rich wood ceiling beams have been added in a crisscross design that brings architectural weight and warmth.

One of the most exciting updates is happening in the foyer, where a sweeping staircase is being refinished. The curved banister is being carefully preserved and prepped for its new look, while the iconic central chandelier is protected as work continues around it.

This entryway sets the tone for the entire home, and we’re designing it to do just that with timeless finishes, elegant lighting, and a warm welcome that hints at what’s to come in the rest of the house.

This renovation has everything; statement tile, exposed beams, and more! From trim work and cabinetry to ceiling details and lighting, every corner of this home is being reimagined. As we move into the finishing phases; paint, flooring, and furnishings we’re keeping the overall vision in mind: timeless, elevated, and full of warmth.
