You may not believe that this is the same room! We recently transformed this space into a brighter, more open and updated primary bedroom.

Before

A fresh coat of paint and swapping tired carpet for classic wood floors were the first steps in transforming this space.

After

We wanted to take advantage of the gorgeous high ceilings and open this room up. A bright color palette allows you to see how much space this room has to offer, Not only are the walls doing the work, but everything from rug to the bed itself. We are loving the tufted headboard on this bed it adds a touch of chic.

The drapery on the windows are eye catching in a way that it makes the windows seem to go from floor to ceiling. This creates the illusion that the room is larger.

The floor facelift also did wonders for the room, this beautifully stained hardwood floor is now found throughout this whole house! This creates a seamless finish and flow from room to room.

So what do you think? Is the remodel a dream come true?
